Products
The software and the pattern collections can be obtained in two ways:
by downloading from the website or having an extra Back-up CD-rom sent by post (the Back-up CD-rom is only available for habitants of the EU).
After the order and the payment has been received you will get an email with a download link. In your "My Account" page your dates about your purchased products will be updated and you can download from there your products.
The cd-rom will be delivered by post and is suitable for mail box delivery.
Log in on the website
Only after having logged in you are able to order products and download any available updates. To log in you go to the Log-In window on the right side of the page and click on Subscribe. You will have to enter your data as well as a password. After that you can log in on our website with your email address and your password. In our declaration of privacy you can obtain more information on logging in.
To order products
To order a product you have to put the requested product into the shopping cart of the website.You do this by clicking on the "Order" button.
You are automatically redirected to the page with the contents of your shoppingcart. Here you can choose the amount of products and if you want to receive an extra back-up CDrom(s) you fill in 1.
When you choose to go on with shopping add other products to your shopping cart. On the right you can see your shopping cart with all the choosen products.
When you click the link "Shopping cart", you are redirected to your shopping cart, where you can change your choices or delete products.
Select then how you wish to pay and click on cash register.
To be able to continue the payment procedure you must be logged in. If you have not done so, you will be redirected to the log-in page using your email address and password..
After logging in the payment procedure will be further taken care of by Worldline.
Prices
All prices stated with the products are VAT included.
When you are a foreign company and you have a checked VAT number it is not necessary to pay the VAT. It will be excluded from the offered price.
Postage
For a delivery by post we charge a fixed amount depending on the country of delivery. After logging in you can see how much the postage will be.

The PayPal page appears and you continue in the manner of PayPal and confirm the payment.

Money transfer by bank
On receipt of your order you will receive an email with the necessary information for the payment of your order.

Delivery
After payment has taken place, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email also contains the instructions to download and install the ordered products and possible registration data. Within 24 hours after you ordered you will receive your serial number, that is necessary to register.
Extra Back-up CDrom: after payment has been received, we will post the ordered products within 4 workdays.
Return
We cannot take back products that have been downloaded. If a product delivered by post appears to be damaged, you must contact us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 2 weeks to replace the product. If you wish to return the product, the postage is for your account.
