The software and the pattern collections can be obtained in two ways:
by downloading from the website or having an extra Back-up CD-rom sent by post (the Back-up CD-rom is only available for habitants of the EU).
After the order and the payment has been received you will get an email with a download link. In your "My Account" page your dates about your purchased products will be updated and you can download from there your products.
The cd-rom will be delivered by post and is suitable for mail box delivery.
